How to reach Haisleaf: one address, read by the person who builds it. Support, billing, privacy requests and security reports, with what to include in each so the first reply is a useful one.

What are you writing about?

Every row below opens a message to the same address with its subject line filled in. The subject is what sorts one mailbox into five, so please leave it on the front — and the line under each one is the detail that saves a round trip.

Help with your resume or the editor

Subject: Support

Something is broken, a page break landed somewhere strange, or an export does not look like the editor did.

IncludeThe resume it happened on and what you expected instead. A screenshot of the page settles most of it.

Billing, receipts and cancelling

Subject: Billing

Changing or ending a subscription, a charge you do not recognise, or a receipt you need a copy of.

IncludeThe email address on the account. Never send card details — we cannot read them and do not want them.

Your data, and deleting your account

Subject: Privacy request

A copy of what we hold, a correction, or closing the account and everything in it for good.

IncludeWrite from the address the account is under, which is how we know the request is yours.

Reporting a security problem

Subject: Security

A vulnerability, a way to reach data that is not yours, or anything that looks like one.

IncludeSteps to reproduce it, and please give us a chance to fix it before it goes anywhere public.

Anything else

Subject: Hello

A feature you want, a template you wish existed, or a sentence on this site that is wrong.

IncludeNo form to fill in. Say the thing.

Before you write

Two of the things people write about are faster to do yourself, and one is not.

A subscription is yours to change or end from the billing page inside the app, which goes to Polar’s own portal — you do not need us in the loop to cancel, and cancelling there takes effect without waiting on a reply.

A resume keeps its own history. If something you wrote has gone, open the History panel in the editor before writing to us: a version is restored in one click, where an email about it is a 3-day round trip.

Deleting your account is the one thing that is still done by hand. Write from the address it is under and it is gone, with everything in it, within 30 days — the window the Privacy Policy commits to.

What we will never ask you for

Your password, a card number, or a code from another service. Nobody here needs any of them to help you, and an email asking for one is not from us however much it looks like it. If you have already answered one, change your password and write to support@haisleaf.com — that is worth the 3-day window rather than waiting to see what happens.
